12-20 hours a week at Lady Bye, schedule is flexible 




A Receiving Coordinator handles all inventory setup in Shopify as well as product prep for Lady Bye, Coco and Kate floors. An excellent Receiving Coordinator is organized, efficient, detail-oriented and excellent at communication. Physically, s/he must be able to work on her/his feet for up to eight hours and move boxes up to 40lbs. 



* Checks-in all inventory shipments for all stores 

* Communicates any shipment or quality issues with vendors and oversees appropriate resolution

* Enters all products into Shopify and writes hangtags 

* Maintains Trello to-do lists for floor staff who then assist with receiving (tagging, hanging, steaming, photographing); RC may then take over any of these steps as the week’s store traffic dictates 

Edits product photos in Lightroom and uploads product photos to Shopify

Handles all electronic and paper filing of invoices 

Ensures all receiving supplies are tidy, functional, and in sufficient quantity 

Ensures all inventory in all stages of receiving is organized and labeled 

May be called upon to help prep Shopify and/or physical inventory for clearance sales and off-site events

May be called upon to help GM/Abby correct Shopify if inventory issues arise on the floor
